This partnership led to the development of COMMAND, a revolutionary system that will change the way incidents are managed for First Security clients, as Aimee Regan, regional director explains: “Initially, we wanted to develop an intuitive incident management tool that would focus on escalation and move away from paper-based operations. Although highly innovative, COMMAND is equally simple; by its very nature its intuitive design takes control during an incident and provides simple, clear direction and communications according to pre-planned processes. It was this simplicity that showed how valuable the system could be to its clients says Tim Dunning, consultant analyst at First Security: “We realised a need in the market for a system that automated processes at the time of incident, a system that simply manages everything for you in line with your pre-defined planning and processes; reducing the risk of human error or panic.
