Mike Crump - Managing Director
Mike spent 15 years in the Metropolitan Police, before founding his own business in 1996. He built Attlaw Security, specialists in event and retail security, into one of the most respected businesses in its field. The firm was acquired by MacLellan Group to become MacLellan Attlaw, now part of Interserve.
Mike is a qualified Mechanical Engineer. He has a passion for cars and boats, and holds the RYA Commercial Skipper Licence as well as being an RYA Power Instructor. He has a black belt in judo. Mike lives with his wife and children in Essex.
Graham Cornwell - Operations Director
Graham’s early career was with the police, before gaining invaluable service experience running a hotel and other large catering and entertainment venues. His current role at First Security includes prime responsibility for client relationships. In 12 years at the company, Graham has progressed from the position of Control Room Manager through a number of field and Head Office appointments.
Graham is a keen amateur sailor.
Trevor Hunwicks - Strategy and Marketing Director
Trevor has worked in senior marketing and corporate development roles for more than 25 years. He was a General Manager for Anglia and then Nationwide Anglia Building Society. More recently he was a Director of Benton International, an American retail banking management consultancy. Trevor started his own strategic forecasting and policy analysis consultancy in 1995, with offices in London and Washington DC.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Banking and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (with a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing). He has a Masters degree, with distinction, in marketing.
Trevor is married, with two grown-up children, and lives in Northamptonshire.
Andrew Tollinton - Commercial Director
Andrew was made Commercial Director in November 2007, broadening the role of Finance Director he had taken in July 2007. He was previously Chief Financial Officer at MacLellan Attlaw Security for three years.
Andrew spent five years in the Harrods Group graduate management programme, auditing subsidiary companies and managing, among other things, Harrods’ Santa Claus event. Andrew spent time as a Group Accountant at Intergen, a Shell-Bechtel joint venture, and as a Business Analyst for News International.
Andrew is an alumni of London Business School, a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Marketeer, he holds the CIPD advanced employment law qualification, and has a degree in Politics and Philosophy from Newcastle University.
He enjoys running and going to the gym.
